Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

How to Join

• Sign up using our online form.
• Upon approval, you become an affiliate and agree to these terms.
• Your role is to promote our website and earn commissions on referred sales.

Affiliate Relationship

• Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees of Earplugs Malaysia.
• We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to the program.
• The program is governed by Malaysian law.

Using Affiliate Links

• You may promote our products using text or graphic links on your website, emails, or offline materials like ads and magazines.
• Any promotional material you create must comply with our guidelines.

Agreement Terms

• These terms take effect when you join and remain in place until your account is terminated.
• We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the changes.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for lost commissions due to tracking failures, database errors, or malicious attacks.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

Responsibilities of Affiliates

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Earplugs Malaysia’s products legally and ethically.
• Follow email marketing and anti-spam laws.
• Only earn commissions for sales made through your unique affiliate link.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate and to modify the program at any time.

Grounds for Suspension or Termination

Your affiliate status may be revoked if you:

• Use false claims or misleading advertisements.
• Engage in spamming (mass emails, bulk posts, etc.).
• Promote illegal content or activities.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Use unauthorized Google Ads.
• Fail to generate referrals.

Tracking & Commissions

• When a customer clicks your affiliate link, a cookie is stored in their browser, and their IP address is recorded.
• If they make a purchase within 30 days, you earn a commission.
• Affiliate members cannot use their own link to earn commissions

Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid once a month to local Malaysian bank accounts only.
