TERMA DAN SYARAT UNTUK AGEN SAH (DROPSHIPPER & RESELLER)

Zones Concept Marketing (002276978-A) (hereinafter known as ZC) is the exclusive distributor of Cape Cod® Polishing products in Malaysia.

Thank you for your interest.  As our authorised Agents (Dropshipper & Reseller), you will enjoy special discounts and privileges which will be announced by ZC from time to time. The terms and conditions contained herein are intended to regulate the relationship between ZC and Agents and also to ensure the convenience of all intended parties.

Please note, that any further changes to this Terms and Conditions may be amended and replaced without any prior notice to our Agents. We appreciate your cooperation to periodically visit our website www.capecodpolish.my and our social media site (Instagram and others) for any updates, changes or further development of the terms and conditions.

By registering as our authorised Agent, you are hereby declared that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions in its entirely without any reservation or amendment.

Zones Concept Marketing (002276978-A) (selepas ini dikenali sebagai ZC) adalah pengedar eksklusif produk Cape Cod® Polishing di Malaysia.

Terima kasih atas minat anda. Sebagai agen sah kami (Dropshipper & Reseller), anda akan menikmati diskaun dan keistimewaan yang akan diumumkan oleh ZC dari masa ke semasa. Terma dan syarat yang terkandung di sini adalah bertujuan untuk mengawal selia perhubungan antara ZC dan Agen dan juga untuk memastikan faedah semua pihak.

Sila ambil perhatian, bahawa sebarang perubahan lanjut kepada Terma dan Syarat ini boleh dipinda dan diganti tanpa sebarang notis awal kepada Agen kami. Kami menghargai kerjasama anda untuk melawati laman web kami secara berkala www.capecodpolish.my dan laman media sosial kami (Instagram dan lain-lain) untuk sebarang kemas kini, perubahan atau perkembangan lanjut terma dan syarat.

Dengan mendaftar sebagai Agen sah kami, anda dengan ini diisytiharkan bahawa anda telah membaca, memahami dan menerima terma dan syarat sepenuhnya.

  • ZC undertakes that all the products described and offered at our website and/or any other ZC official social media are correct at the time of published or advertisement. ZC mengakui bahawa semua produk yang ditawarkan dan dihuraikan di laman web kami dan/atau mana-mana media sosial rasmi ZC adalah betul pada masa pengiklanan dan terbitan.
  • ZC shall not accept any responsibility on any discoloration due to the difference as appear in your computer, tablet, mobile phone or any electronic device. ZC also undertake to promptly correct any errors or misinformation (if any) and update our Agents accordingly. ZC tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang perbezaan warna disebabkan ketidaksamaan dalam komputer, tablet, telepon pintar atau mana-mana peranti elektronik anda. ZC juga berjanji untuk membetulkan dengan segera sebarang kesilapan atau maklumat salah (jika ada) dan memaklumkan Agen kami dengan secepat mungkin.
  • ZC does not guarantee inventory in terms of in-stock status or restock dates. Inventory status is estimated and may change without prior notice. However, ZC will ensure adequate inventory level at its best possible effort. Likewise product prices and descriptions may also change without notice. ZC tidak menjamin bekalan stok atau tarikh restok. Maklumat status stok adalah anggaran dan mungkin berubah tanpa notis terlebih dahulu. Walau bagaimanapun, ZC akan memastikan tahap stok yang mencukupi dengan sedaya upaya. Begitu juga harga dan penerangan produk juga mungkin berubah tanpa notis.
  • Agents can place orders directly through our website. The product availability is on “first come first serve’ basis. By referring to the product details on Cape Cod Polish Malaysia website (www.capecodpolish.my). The Agent is deemed to have confirmed on the price, description and specifications of the said product. ZC shall not be held responsible for any errors or mistake by the Agent placing any order. Agen boleh membuat pesanan terus melalui laman web kami. Ketersediaan produk adalah berdasarkan “siapa cepat dia dapat”. Dengan merujuk butiran produk di laman web Cape Cod Polish Malaysia (www.capecodpolish.my). Agen dianggap telah mengesahkan harga, penerangan dan spesifikasi produk tersebut. ZC tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kesilapan atau kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh Agen yang membuat sebarang pesanan.

  • All item delivery is based on the contact details and address provided by the Dropshipper during placing the order. Semua penghantaran adalah berdasarkan butiran dan alamat yang diberikan oleh Dropshipper semasa membuat pesanan.

  • ZC shall not be responsible for any failed delivery due to wrong address or incomplete details. Please ensure that the information provided to ZC is complete, accurate and up-to date. ZC tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang penghantaran yang gagal disebabkan alamat yang salah atau butiran yang tidak lengkap. Sila pastikan maklumat yang diberikan kepada ZC adalah lengkap, tepat dan terkini.

  • ZC will use credible courier service in which the quality of delivery is recommended and shall not be held liable if the products ordered are lost during delivery. ZC akan menggunakan perkhidmatan kurier yang boleh dipercayai di mana kualiti penghantaran disyorkan dan tidak akan bertanggungjawab jika produk yang dipesan hilang semasa penghantaran. 

  • ZC accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. ZC menerima pemulangan untuk barang yang rosak atau cacat sahaja.

  • ZC assure the quality of products and therefore only product that is certified damaged, faulty or defective in terms of specification will be replaced. Regrettably, ZC cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used. ZC menjamin kualiti produk dan oleh itu hanya produk yang disahkan rosak atau cacat dari segi spesifikasi akan diganti. Malangnya, ZC tidak boleh menawarkan bayaran balik atau pertukaran sebaik sahaja produk dibuka dan digunakan.

  • Please provide ZC with proof of return postage and invoiceto enable ZC to process for any product replacements. Sila sertakan bukti pengembalian pos dan invois untuk membolehkan ZC memproses sebarang penggantian produk.

  • These returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. ZC will not entertain any request for replacement after 7 (seven) days from receipt of the said product. Pemulangan mesti dibuat dalam masa 7 hari selepas produk diterima. ZC tidak akan melayan sebarang permintaan untuk penggantian selepas 7 (tujuh) hari dari penerimaan produk tersebut.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, ZC will only replace the product only. No payment will be made unless deemed appropriate by the ZC. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, ZC hanya akan menggantikan produk sahaja. Tiada bayaran akan dibuat melainkan dianggap sesuai oleh ZC.

  • Agents are free to price as they wish, but Agents are not allowed to sell the products lower than the recommended retail price. Agen bebas menentukan harga mengikut kehendak mereka, tetapi Agen tidak dibenarkan menjual produk lebih rendah daripada harga runcit yang disyorkan.

  • Agents must be responsible for the own customers. ZC shall not be accountable and shall not be held liable on any matter involving the customers of the Agents.  Agen mesti bertanggungjawab ke atas pelanggan sendiri. ZC tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang perkara yang melibatkan pelanggan Agen.

  • All Agents are not allowed to reproduce the products or use the exclusive label of Cape Cod on other unauthorised products without the prior written permission from ZC. Semua Agen tidak dibenarkan menghasilkan-semula produk atau menggunakan label eksklusif Cape Cod pada produk lain yang tidak dibenarkan tanpa kebenaran bertulis terlebih dahulu daripada ZC.

  • The Agent has agreed and consented to the disclosure of personal data and information provided for the purposes of the terms and conditions.
    Ejen telah bersetuju dengan pendedahan data peribadi dan maklumat yang diberikan untuk tujuan terma dan syarat.

  • ZC undertakes that all personal data and any information obtained from the Agents will be used only for the purposes of registration and records. ZC mengaku janji bahawa semua data peribadi dan sebarang maklumat yang diperoleh daripada Agen akan digunakan hanya untuk tujuan pendaftaran dan rekod sahaja.
