Returns policy

1. Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or missing parts due to our error.
  • Condition: The item must be brand new, unused, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact. Any damage to the product, packaging, or seal will void the return eligibility.
  • Shipping Fees: Delivery and packaging charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange the item for a different product, you will need to pay the price difference if the new item is of higher value. No partial refunds will be issued for exchanges of lower-value items.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will cover the additional shipping charges for the exchange.

2. Availability & Substitutions

  • If an item is out of stock or unavailable due to factors beyond our control, our Customer Service team will contact you.
  • We may offer a similar replacement product of equal or greater value.
  • If you prefer to wait, we can delay shipping until the item is restocked.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed and shipped.
  • If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
