Returns policy
Any claims of incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. You will not be required for the extra shipping charges for incorrect item/s being shipped.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error. Your item must be brand new, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in its original packaging with all seals remain intact. Any damage to the product, packaging or seal will strictly not be accepted.
To complete your exchange, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to top up the difference in value for the exchanged item. No partial refund will be provided if the exchanged item is of lower value.
If for any reason some goods are out of stock, or any reason beyond our reasonable control, our Customer Service will contact you and inform that if we have similar product that we can substitute or being delay in the delivery process until goods out of stock is being delivered to warehouse.
Please take note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and shipped out.
