Product Description
Cape Cod® Metal Polishing Cloths are pre-moistened soft cotton cloths designed to clean and polish suitable polished metal surfaces. They help restore shine and reduce the appearance of tarnish, oxidation, swirl marks and fine surface marks on watches, jewellery and fine metal valuables.
Each resealable foil pouch contains two 4″ x 6″ polishing cloths treated with Cape Cod’s metal polishing formula and signature vanilla fragrance. The resealable pouch helps keep the cloths moist and ready for future use.
Use the cloth gently on suitable polished or mirror-finish metal surfaces. For heavier tarnish, continue with light to moderate pressure and check your progress as you polish.
For hard-to-reach areas such as bracelet links, clasps, grooves or engravings, use Cape Cod Clean Link Spray with the Cape Cod Horse Hair Detail Brush. After polishing, finish with the Cape Cod Buffing & Dusting Cloth to remove residue and reveal a cleaner final shine.
Cape Cod Metal Polishing Cloths are suitable for many polished metals, including polished stainless steel, silver, gold, brass, copper, chrome, nickel, pewter and aluminium.
Always check the surface finish before polishing. Do not use polishing cloths on brushed, satin, matte, sandblasted, coated, painted, plated or delicate finishes unless tested and suitable. Always test on a small hidden area before polishing the full surface.
